2 c warm water
1/2 c warm milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 packs active dry yeast
6 1/2 c bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter and water together. add sugar and yeast. add 2 cups flour. add salt. mix with bread beater until flour is absorbed at half a cup at a time. Let rise to double. Shape into two loaf pans. rise again, then bake at 375 to golden. About 30 minutes.
