1 1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Margarine or Butter (melted)
2 (8 ounces) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 (14 ounces) Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT Evaporated Milk)
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 (8 ounce) Container of Sour Cream
1 (21 ounce) Can Cherry Pie Filling (chilled)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine sugar, crumbs, and margarine. Press on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk in the bowl with cream cheese, until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into prepared springform pan. Bake 50-55 minutes, or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool by placing in refrigerator. After cool, add cherry pie filling on top. Refrigerate leftovers.
