3 c. cabbage
6 green onions
6 potatoes, medium
salt n pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into several small pieces. cover and boil until tender. drain well. Slice cabbage into slivers while potatoes cook. Chop green onions including some of the green parts. Mash potatoes. add salt n pepper to taste. Add milk to make creamy. Bring pan to boil add 1/2 tsp. salt. add cabbage cook until tender about 3-5 minutes, drain well. Stir the cooked cabbage and onions into the mashed potatoes.
