Turkey Corn Chowder Recipe

4 med. onions
1/4 C butter
5 men. potatoes
2 stalks celery(chopped)
1 tbssalt
1/2 tsp pepper
13 qts water
2 cans corn (15oz)
21 can creamed corn (15oz
1 c 1/2 & 1/2 cream
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
3 c chopped turkey or chicken
3-4 slices bacon cooked chopped
Parsley to sprinkle on top

Saute onion in butter in dutch oven till tender.
Add cubed potatoes & next 5 ingredients
Bring to boill.
Cover, reduce heat & simmer 15 min till veggies are tender.
Add milk & nest 7 ingredients.
Cook until heated.
sprinkle w/ parsley
