1 (12 oz) package Nilla wafers – crushed
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (3 ˝ oz) can flaked coconut
1 (14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/4 cup rum (or more)
Confectioners’ Sugar

Directions:
NOTE: I use a food processor to crush my nilla wafers, pecans and coconut

In a stand up mixer, combine crumbs, nuts, coconut, condensed milk and rum. Mix well. Mixture will be very thick.
Chill for 4 hours.
Dip hands in confectioners’ sugar and roll mixture into small balls. Dip balls into confectioners’ sugar. Cover and store in refrigerator. Roll again in Confectioner's Sugar before serving.
