1 large onion, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
¼ t. garlic powder
¼ c. butter
¼ c. soy sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in¼ c. boiling water or add beef stock broth.
1 lb. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add garlic powder, soy sauce and beef broth. Mix with 1 lb. cooked rice. Put in a casserole dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until hot. To make 1 lb. of cooked rice, place 1 1/2 c. rice in boiling water. bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes covered.
