1 Tbsp Canola oil
1 lb of stewing beef cut into cubes (Cannulli's will trip tenderize and chop for you)
1 Large onion Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
4 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
2 Red Peppers Chopped
1 Tbsp paprika
2 Cups tomato Sauce
1-1 1/2 cups beef broth
4 hard crusted round bread loaves 6 inch diameter
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat Oil over medium-high heat in a large non-stick fry pan; add beef and cook until browned
2) Add onion and garlic and cook until softened
3) Add remaining ingredients except buns and bring to a boil; cover and simmer for two hours or until beef is tender. Season with Salt and Pepper
4) Cut the tops off the loaves carefully remove interior bread leaving the crust intact to make a bread bowl.
5) Serve the Goulash in the bowl.

This is a great winter stew meal to serve for after shoveling snow as it provides vegetables and protein with a relatively ok card if you are shoveling snow.
