Ingredients:  
2 (11oz) can mexicorn
16oz sour cream
1 cup mayo
1/2 to 1 bunch celantro
3 to 4 green ongions
2 cups four cheese mexican blend
1tsp cumin
1tsp cayenne pepper
1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Mix togther the corn,sour cream and mayo
Slice lime in half and squeese the juice from half over cirn mixture mix well
Chop the cilentro and green ongions add to the corn mixture
Blend in cumin and cayenne pepper
Mix in shreeded cheese
Refregerate over night
