4-lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
1 can seasoned, diced tomatoes
4 eggs
1- sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 1/2 Squirts of yellow mustard











Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether, EXCEPT 1/2 of the tomatoes, make into a loaf and then add the remainder of the tomatoes on top .Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
