1 head fresh broccoli, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped finely
1/2 stick margarine
3 T dry chicken broth
cheddar cheese
Velvetta
salt
pepper
cornstarch to thicken
3 cups milk
1 small whipping cream
1-tsp Celery Salt

cook brocolli and onion untill done and drain halg of the water add the rest of the ingredients and then thicken with the cornstarch dissolved in about 1/8 cup milk stir till thickened
