1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
4 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 c. chunky red salsa
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen corn
6 whole wheat tortillas
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown meat with onions and peppers in large skillet. Stir in chili powder; cook for one minute. Add salsa and corn; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes.
Layer: 2 c. meat mixture onto bottom of 13X9 dish; 2 tortillas; 1 c. meat; Sour cream; 1/2 c. cheese. Cover with 2 tortillas; 2 c. meat mixture; 1/2 c. cheese; Tortillas; meat sauce.
Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
