2 1/4 c graham wafer crumbs
1/2 c butter melted
1 1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 c butter creamed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c whipped cream (whipped stiff)
1 (19 oz) can pineapple tidbits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first two ingredients then press into an 8X10" baking dish. Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake for 10 min. Now cool in top of freezer for 10 min. Next, using a low speed blender, mix until creamy the icing sugar, creamed butter and beaten eggs. Spread this mixture over the cooled graham wafer base. Cool again for 10 min in top of freezer Whip cream (or whipped topping can be substituted, large size) and add the well drained can of pineapple tidbits. Use a medium-size glass bowl for best results. Spread the pineapple and cream mixture over the filling then sprinkle graham wafer crumbs over the entire top (lightly) for garnish. Lastly cool in fridge till ready to serve.
