7 large apples
4 c water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash apples but do not peel or core. Cut in pieces and place in pan. Add water and lemon juice and boil for 40 min. Pour apple mixture into jelly bag. Do not squeeze. Reheat juice to boiling and boil for 15 min. Then pour boiling juice into hot half pint jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath five minutes.

Use 1 c apple pectin for each cup of fruits juice used. Add 3/4 c sugar for each of combined juices used.
