1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tblsps. olive oil
2 tblsps. honey
1 tblsp. fresh thyme leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix orange juice, olive oil, honey, thyme leaves, salt and pepper for marinade. Put 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves in dish. Coat well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken, covered with marinade, on a baking sheet. Bake, baste occasionally, until cooked, about 35-45 minutes.
