1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed (10 1/2 oz.)
2 c. shredded chicken (or canned chicken)
2 c. shredded cheese (or more)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning (or more)

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2-qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients, except Doritos. Layer half Doritos (about 2 c.) on bottom of dish, then spread 1/2 of chicken mixture. Make another layer of Doritos and rest of chicken mixture. Add more shredded cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
