1 can Consomme Soup
1/2 pkg. dry Onion Soup Mix
10 oz. Beef Broth (Low Sodium)
12.oz Water
1 Beef Roast




Directions:
Directions:

Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high 2 hours - then reduce to low for another 4-6 hours depending on the size of your beef roast.
When done, pull apart with forks. You can thicken sauce if too runny with cornstarch.

Serve on very crunchy rolls/buns.
