16oz box Elbow Macaroni
2 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 cans of Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Corn Starch
1/4 cup Butter
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
Paprika

Preheat oven to 375º

Start cooking the macaroni

Combine the corn starch, salt and pepper in a large sauce pan. Stir in evaporated milk, water and butter. Cook over a medium heat until it thickens, boil it for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Stir in both chesses gradually until all in and melted.

Drain pasta, return to pan. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked macaroni.

Place macaroni in a large baking dish, lightly sprinkle paprika over the top and bake for
20 - 25 mins or until it starts bubbling.
