2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Pour the milk on top, and use your hands to combine.
3. Move dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Divide dough into balls the size of a golf ball and flatten into a circle about 1/4" thick.
5. Pour enough oil in a 10" skillet to have a 1/4" depth and heat to 350.
6. Add dough to skillet and heat until golden on bottom then turn over and do the same again.
7. Drain on paper towels.
