2 cups hsavy cream
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
2 Hope, Joy & Gingerbread bars, finely chopped
2 tbs brown sugar
14 tsp nutmeg
dash of cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and salt into a bowl and set aside.
Whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
Slowly add seasoning mixture and whisk until blended.
Pour into the bowl of ice cream machine and churn on low for 35-40 minutes.
