14-1/2oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Place tomatoes and juice in a medium saucepan and heat to a simmer.
2. Add the baking soda and stir until well incorporated.
3. Add the milk and heat on medium low for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
