1 - 2 lb 80% Lean Ground Beef
6 - 8 Russet Potatoes
1/2 Gal milk

Salt
Pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and boil until inserted fork comes out smoothly
2. Brown beef in large skillet - *DO NOT DRAIN!*
3. When beef is sufficiently browned, push to sides of pan leaving open space in center
4. When drippings pool in center of pan, begin adding flour a little at a time to make roux
5. Slowly begin adding milk to roux until gravy reaches desired consistency
6. Mix in browned meat

Serve gravy over potatoes (peeled or with skins) and enjoy!
