7 T butter
1 cup self rising flour
1/3 to 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs

1 c. flour
1/1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Water down jam a bit if and especially if it is old and really thick. You want to cover the bottom of 5 custard ramekins with it, so probably 1-2 T per ramekin. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and mix then mix in eggs. Spoon into the ramekins on top of the jam. Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until the center looks set. Let cool slightly and serve with a cream.
