Chopped Spinach (frozen) 1 pkg.
Margarine 2 Tlb.
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1/4#
Dry Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup
Mushroom Soup 1 can
Sharp Chefdar Cheese 3 cups grated
Basil 1/8 tsp.
Oregano 1/8 tsp.
Pepper 1/8 tsp.
Eggs 3

Directions:
Thaw Spinach, press all water out. Sauté onions, butter, mushrooms. Beat eggs and add the crumbs, soup, cheese, spices and spinach. Pour into 9x9 pan. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes.

This recipe can be doubled and is good reheated.
