1 pint of buttermilk
3 eggs separated
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
scant 4 T flour
1 t vanilla
2 pie crust

add flour to sugar blend
cream butter sugar and egg yolks
fold in buttermilk
beat egg whites until stiff fold in batter
put into 2 unbaked pie crusts
Bake at 350 for 40 to 60 min or until a little brown on top and firm
