Large round steak - we use a nice moose cut of meat
green peppers - cut into rings
onions - sliced
Soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat thinly into 4-5 in lengths. Marinate in soy sauce. (Can be overnight or at least for 3-4 hours)
Cook meat in oil adding green onions and onions when desired. I add some midway through cooking and then some at the end. (I like them slightly crunchy). Serve with mashed potatoes. Yum!
