1 C melted butter
2 C sugar
2 C grated zucchini
1 T vanilla
3 eggs, beaten foamy
3 C unsifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 t soda
1 T cinnamon
3/4 C chopped walnuts

Mix together wet ingredients, add dry ingredients. Bake in 325 oven for one hour.
