1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (10 ounces)
1 12.3-ounce package of firm silken tofu
1 Tbl maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, either over double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.
2. Place tofu in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla. Process again until smooth. Add raspberries and powdered sugar and process until very smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
3. Spread the mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
4. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.
