1 lb oleo
4 cups flour
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cakes yeast
1 cup milk
6 egg yolks

FILLING

6 egg whites beaten
2 cups sugar
2 cups ground walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with hands same as per dough. Mix yeast with milk and egg yolks with spoon or fork. Add to flour and let cook in refrigerator overnight or longer.

Mix filling together. Remove dough from refrigerator, roll out half as thin as possible and spread with half of filling. Roll and place in greased Angel food pan. Let rise to double its size, brush with black coffee.

Bake at 400º 45 minutes until nicely browned. Cool on cake rack.

Repeat with second half of dough and filling.
