2 lb. Pork tenderloin
1/4 c. Soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp. Yellow mustard or spicy mustard
2 to 3 tbsp. Maple syrup
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Dried onions or one fresh onion
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic salt or powder or 2 to 3 cloves of fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloin in a crockpot.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and cook for 6 hours on low.
Take out tenderloin and serve as is or shred it and serve on a bun.
