2 T. Flour #1
2 C. Milk
1/4 - 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Egg Yokes

2 Egg Whites - Beat till Stiff Peaks #2 (set aside)

Directions:

Put all #1 into Pan and Boil til Thick

#2 Pour boiling Water over Whites, skim off and add to Pudding mixture (#1)
Add 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla or
sprinkle w/Nutmeg

This was a favorite growing up, it was made often when someone was ill and had trouble keeping anything down, (one of Grandma's life savers!)
