2 cups Butter
4 c Brown Sugar
1 1/2 c Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 c Dark Rum
2 tsp vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to boil, over medium heat. Reduce heat and stir in cream and rum; simmer for 4 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool; store in airtight containers. Great over apple crisp.
