Chicken

1 Egg
1 Cup Buttermilk
Hot Sauce
2 Chicken Breast (cut in 1/2 to pound thin)
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp.Black Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Corn Starch

Hot Butter Chicken Paste
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Stick Butter - melted
*Mix all together and brush on chicken after frying.

Milk Gravy
4:4:2 Ratio
4 Tbsp. Butter melted
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 Cups Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Chicken Mix
Egg, Buttermilk and hot sauce together (hot sauce or spices to your liking)

Whisk
All dry ingredients together

Double coat - fry 4 - 6 min or until done

White Gravy
Melt butter in pan, add flour to make a rue, add salt, pepper and milk whisk until gravy consistency

Place on Angel Biscuit
Brush with Hot Butter Chicken Paste -
Place a dollop of Milk Gravy and top with 2 dill pickle slices and top biscuit
