2 egg yokes
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups flour
cup Sugar
cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
in large bowl, with mixer at low speed beat egg yolks and milk until well blended. Add flour ,sugar, butter, vanilla and salt beat all until mixed. increase speed to medium and beat 2 min. Divide dough in half. roll dough with rolling pin to 2 1/4 inch thick and use cookie cutter to cut rounds make even amount for top and bottom. cook 8-10 min at 375.
2. After cookies are cool fill with your favorite Jelly jam or pie filling and cover after all cookies are filled sprinkle with powdered sugar.
