2 egg yokes
2 tablespoons milk
2 ¼ cups flour
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat egg yolks and milk until well blended. Add flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt beat all until mixed. Increase speed to medium and beat 2 min. Divide dough in half. Roll dough with a rolling pin to approximately 2¼ inch thick and use cookie cutter to cut rounds. Make an even amount for top and bottom. Cook 8-10 min at 375º.

After cookies are cool, fill with your favorite Jelly, Jam, or pie filling and add cover after all cookies are filled, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
