28 oz extra fine lukshin
½ cup plus a little of oil
2 c + a lit. of sugar
7 eggs
1 heaping Tbs salt
1 Tbs pepper

Directions:
Cook Lukshin. Drain and wash well. (Do not overcook)!!! heat oil and sugar in large frying pan until brown. Meanwhile add salt,pepper and eggs to lukshin in 8 quart pot and mix well.

You will need to move quickly when pouring over liquid oil&sugar into lukshin . MIX WELL !!!!!!

Must use 2 sheets of baking paper in 8qt farberware pot
Bake 2 hrs
