6 oz fettucine
2 T butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettucine al dente in water containing 2 tsp salt. Drain. Return noodles to pan. Add butter and allow to melt. Add cream and Parmesan. Heat gently, stirring carefully, til liquid thickens to creamy consistency and coats noodles.
