Ingredients:  
2 cups finely diced cooked Chicken (2 Breasts)
2 tablespoons grated or very finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together coked chicken and onions.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour and stir briskly to make a roux.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened and all lumps are dissolved.
Cook for about 3 min. DO NOT BROWN.
Add salt and pepper remove from heat and let cool.
Stir into chicken mixture with, lemon juice, and parsley, combine well.
Chill 1 hour
Heat oil in large fry pan over medium-high heat.
Form chicken mixture into patties. Dip each into beaten egg then breadcrumbs.
Fry until brown on both sides.
