1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 large Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, oil, and milk. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix all ingredients until just combined. A few lumps are okay. Poor 1/4 cup portions onto a greased skillet on medium heat. Turn pancake when bubbles appear. Keep pancakes warm on a paper towel lined plate in a 200º oven until ready to serve. Serve with butter and hot syrup.
