2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 EGG
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
1 LB LONGHORN CHEDDAR CHEESE
3 JALPENO PEPPER CHOPPED

MIX CORN,CORNMEAL,BACON DRIPPINGS,BAKING POWDER,EGG(MIX TO CONSISTANCY OF CORNBREAD)
HEAT OVEN AT 350 MELT 2 TBSP GREESE IN PAN 1/2 C MEAL TILL BROWN
LAYER
CORN BREAD MIX , GROUND BEEF, LARGE ONION CHEESE, PEPPER , REMAINING CORNBREAD MIX AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MIN
