4 C CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 C PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 C MILK
1/2 TSP DRIED ROSEMARY LEAVES CRUSHED
1/12 TSP CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY OR 1/2 TSP PARSLEY FLAKES
BARBBECUE SAUCE OR CHILI SAUCE FOR DIPPING IF DESIRED

HEAT OVEN AT 350
LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDES FO JELLY ROLL PAN OR SHALLOW CASSEROLE DISH
IN LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BARBECUE SAUSE, USING HANDS. SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 1-INCH BALLS . PLACE IN PAN
BAKE AT 20 TO 25 MIN OR UNTIL BROWN. IMMEDIANTLY REMOVE FROM PAN.
SERVE WARM WITH SAUCE FOR DIPPING

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AHEAD
COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNBAKED BALLS UP TO 24 HOURS. BAKE AS DIRECTED
COVER AND FREEZE UNBAKED BALLS UP TO 1 MONTH. HEAT OVEN AT 350. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE 25-30 MIN
