Ingredients:  
1 Chicken Breast, shredded
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
2 1/2 cups Angel Hair Cabbage
1/4 cups Cilantro, chopped

Dressing:
1/3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Balsalmic Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce plus 1 teaspoon sauce, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad fixings and chicken in a large bowl.

Dressing:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and chiles in a bowl. Whisk well. Pour over the other ingredients and stir well. Chill for a couple hours to marinade.
