5 Tomatoes
1 package Mediterranean Feta
1 package fresh Basil
6 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh Baguette
Green Onions, chopped (Optional)
Kalamata Olives (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, basil and garlic. Combine chopped tomatoes, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Slice baguettes and brush with olive oil on both sides. Put under broiler for about 1 1/2 minutes on one side, then flip them over and toast about 15;30 seconds on the other side. Keep checking on them to make sure they don't burn. Every oven is different but make sure they are toasted a little bit.
