Cake:
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups Cooking Oil
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 cups canned Pumpkin

Frosting:
3 ounces Cream Cheese
6 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Milk
2 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Cake:
Combine all ingredients mix well. Spray a large jelly roll pan with Pam Baking Spray©. Pour mix into pan and bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes, or until cake is fully cooked.

Frosting:
Soften cream cheese. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly over top of cooled cake.
