2 pkgs. Simply Potatoes Mashed Potatoes (in dairy section of grocery store)
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 stick butter melted
1 tsp garlic salt
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (2 mixed in potatoes and 1 cup on top)
Directions:

Mix everything together and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
