1 pound ground beef or pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cooking sherry
1 teaspoon accent
3/4 cup green onions
3/4 cup carrots, grated
3/4 cup green pepper

1 pack wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except eggs together in a bowl and pre-cook in microwave until meat is cooked and no longer pink. Place approx 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in center of a wonton wrapper. Fold wrapper in half to form a triangle and seal with egg. Deep fry quickly at 400ºF until golden brown.

You can pre-cook and keep in a 200ºF oven to keep warm until serving.
