1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
5 to 6 medium peaches, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Line pie shell with peaches. Blend sugar, sour cream, flour and brown sugar. Pour over peaches. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325º and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
