3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 qt. pineapple sherbet
1 (750 mL) bottle Champagne, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and lemon juice. Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl. Carefully pour in champagne (it will foam). Stir gently.
