1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. water
1 c pureed strawberries
1/2 c sugar or six to eight envelopes sweeteners
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 banana mashed
2 c cold half-and-half cream or homogenized milk

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water then combine with strawberries and sugar or sweetener in a small pan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is melted. Add lemon juice and banana. Stir mixture into cold milk. Pour into a container, cover with foil and freeze about two to three hours. Whirl frozen mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth and return to freezer and refreeze. Soften slightly before serving.
