Ingredients:  
3 small chicken breasts (halved)
1/2 tsp paprika
6 small zucchini (cut in 2 inch pieces)
4 medium carrots (cut in 1/4 inch pieces)
4 ounces small mushrooms
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon tarragon leaves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in 13X9X2 inch pan. Skin breasts - sprinkle with paprika. Place vegetables on top. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over top Loosely cover with foil and bake at 350 for 70 to 80 minutes.
