1 Cup Sugar, and stir in
1/2 Cup White Karo Syrup

Cook in microwaveable bowl on high for 4 minutes.

Stir in,
1 Cup Roasted Salted Peanuts

Microwave on high 2 minutes.

Add 2 Tablespoons of Butter and 1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla.

Microwave 1 minute.

Remove from microwave and quickly stir in 1 Teaspoon of soda.

Whip quickly and pour out on a greased cookie sheet.
Do not spread it. It will spread naturally, but will be somewhat thick.
When cool, break into pieces.

Substitute slivered almonds for peanuts.
Substitute almond extract for vanilla.
